If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
We take great care during packaging and delivery, but if your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Our team will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
To help us process your claim quickly, kindly provide:
Clear photos or videos of the damaged area.
Your order number and delivery details.
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made or personalized furniture.
Clearance or discounted sale items.
Items damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, or lack of care.
If the return is due to a product defect or damage, CluckWood will cover all return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
